Sentell Donation of Folk Art to Start Carnegie Permanent Collection

The Carnegie was recently given ten paintings by Mose Tolliver and Jimmie Lee Suddeth. These pieces, donated by Mr. Lee Sentell, director of the Alabama Tourism Bureau, are significant examples of Alabama folk art. The donation was announced at the Annual meeting in April.
